The WS207 soupy-bun (Xiao Long Bao) production line is a complete automatic solution covering dough sheeting, filling, forming, folding and tray placement for soup-filled buns. It reproduces the hand-made pinched appearance with consistent pleats, solving the high labour cost and inconsistent quality of manual production.

Working Principle

The line continuously sheets the dough, cuts precise wrappers, injects the soup-rich filling and folds each bun with a servo-driven forming head that mimics hand pinching. Finished buns are placed neatly onto trays, ready for steaming or freezing.
